Story Board

Within the main client, users can access the full power of the Story Board module to design dashboards based on one or more queries. Within the lite client, users can view in runtime mode the various slides created in the main client and can also make local changes using context-menu commands and slicers.

Context-Menu Commands

Right-click any grid cell or graphic element to access context-menu commands such as expand, drill, dice, pivot, sort, filter, etc. For example, you can perform a drill down for a given row within a slide and view the results in the light client. The results are not saved to the server and do not appear in the main client.

Runtime Slicers

Change runtime values using slicers that are pre-defined in the main client. The results appear in the lite client, but are not saved to the server and do not appear in the main client.

Story Board Timers

If you set a Story Board timer in the main client as a counter (or countdown) to cycle through your presentation, the timer will be enabled in the lite client. To disable the timer, you have to use the main client.
